Franklin Allen has been involved with computers in some fashion since the age of 14. While learning his craft, he has been engaged in several different markets including retail, marketing, advertising, dental, and general technology consulting. For the last nine years he has been involved in multiple facets of dental technology including network design, implementation, oversight, hardware and software troubleshooting, technology liaison for practice management software, network management, paperless planning, disaster planning, and marketing. John McDuffie has been a graphic artist and technology consultant for 15 years. John has worked in many different markets ranging from marketing and web design to computer security and custom built hardware. John has put his creative talents to work for magazines, newspapers, and countless small businesses in his 15 years as an artist. John has also used his knowledge of modern and cutting edge technology to help small businesses and other office environments make conversions to paperless, open source, and linux solutions as well as implementing the same solutions on a Windows platform.
